My lashes won’t stick to the liner, how do I get them to stick?
If your magnetic lashes aren’t sticking, it could be due to one of these reasons:
My inner/outer corners keep lifting, how do I prevent that?
If the inner or outer corners of your magnetic lashes are lifting, it usually means there isn’t enough liner applied in those areas. To fix this, we recommend applying a second coat of liner to the corners to ensure they stay in place.
One of the magnets fell off my lash, what should I do?
If a magnet falls off your lashes, please contact our support team with a photo of the lashes and order number. We’ll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
My lashes are too dramatic/short for my preference, how can I resolve this?
