🇺🇲 Domestic Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD, pre-tax, and shipping fees. 
Most orders ship out of our warehouse within 48 business hours. Standard domestic shipping takes about 3-7 business days for package delivery.
We also offer expedited shipping for $29.99. 

🇨🇦 Canadian Shipping: We offer free standard shipping to Canada on orders over $50 USD or around $67 CAD, which can vary based on the exchange rate. Canadian orders can take 15- 30 business days to be delivered; Duties and Fees are charged separately from shipping.

🇪🇺 UK & EU: We've partnered with Passport Shipping, and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under. Duties and fees are calculated at checkout. 

🌎 International Shipping: International shipping cost is $16.99. Duties and Fees are charged separately from shipping; we do not ship to the following countries: 
Ascension Island, Bahrain, Bermuda, Botswana, Chile, French Polynesia, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Mauritius, Namibia, New Zealand (1 of 17 regions), Nigeria, Oman, South Africa, South Sudan, Spain, Sudan, Tristan da Cunha, Venezuela, Yemen. ( Subject to change without notice)

What is your shipping policy?

What items can be returned or exchanged?
We will accept returns of current merchandise in its original condition and original packaging within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise noted.

Do I pay for return shipping? 
A $5 return fee will be deducted from your final refund to the original payment method.
 Store Credit Refunds are FREE!!

How long does it take for me to get a refund? 
Once your return is received, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to post. 

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you received a damaged or defective item. 

*International orders must be returned at the expense of the customer. Please email customer support for assistance.

If you purchased an item that is currently on "Pre-Order," please note that the entire order will not ship out until the item is restocked. 

For international orders, please note it can take up to 30 business days for the order to be delivered. This accounts for delays that are caused due to customs.
