I’ve already returned my products, how do I get my refund?
If your return has already arrived at our warehouse and you’d like an update on your refund, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to assist and ensure your refund is processed promptly.
Why was my international refund amount different than what I paid?
If you placed your order from outside the U.S. and notice a difference between your original payment and the refund amount, this is likely due to currency exchange rates. Refunds are usually processed in the same currency as your original transaction
