Can I return or exchange my items in the Return Portal?

Yes, you are able to return however, there isn't an option to exchange items in the Return Portal.

I’ve already returned my products, how do I get my refund?

If your return has already arrived back at our warehouse, and you’re looking for an update on your refund please email [email protected] so that we can assist you with the refund.

I ordered from outside of the US and received a full refund but the amount of the refund was different than what I paid. Why is that?

The reason that this happens is because of the exchange rate. The rates change from day to day so it's more than likely that the difference in the exchange rate caused the amount to change.

How much does it cost to return my order?

Through our new Return Portal, you will have two return options. If you are looking to return your order for a refund a $8 return label fee will be charged. If you select a Glamnetic store credit your return label will be free!
