How do I use your return portal?Updated 8 months ago

To see the process of using our Return Portal please see below: 

1.  To log into the portal please add your order number, your zip code and click on the option to return. 
   
2. Once you've logged in you'll be able to see if your order is within the 14-day return period. If it's not, please reach out to the support team at [email protected]. If you are within the 14-day period you will be able to proceed.
