To see the process of using our Return Portal please see below: 

1.  To log into the portal please add your order number, your zip code and click on the option to return. 
2. After logging in, you can check if your order falls within the 14-day return period. If it doesn’t, please contact our support team—we’re here to help with your return! 
3. If you are within the 14-day you will be able to proceed.
