Why is the Referral & Loyalty Program changing?
We’re updating our Referral & Loyalty Program to create a simpler, more valuable experience for our customers. As part of this transition, the current program will be ending to make way for a new and improved rewards experience.
When is the Referral & Loyalty Program shutting down?
The old Referral & Loyalty Program officially shut down on June 29, 2026, at 8:00AM PST. As of that time, all features of the existing program are no longer available, including milestone gifts, referral links and codes, and the $5 credit.
Will I lose my store credit after the program ends?
Not at all! Any remaining balance will be automatically transferred to the new loyalty program.Please note that transferred credits will expire 365 days after the program launch (June 30, 2026).
