Why is the Referral & Loyalty Program changing?Updated 6 days ago

We’re updating our Referral & Loyalty Program to create a simpler, more valuable experience for our customers. As part of this transition, the current program will be ending to make way for a new and improved rewards experience.

We’re committed to protecting your rewards during this change:

  • Existing store credit should be used before June 29, 2026. (Store credit is not redeemable for cash and may be subject to expiration per program terms.)

  • Any remaining store credit will automatically transfer to the new program and remain valid for an additional 365 days

  • Members will be automatically enrolled in the new program with updated perks

  • Milestone gifts must be claimed before June 29, as they will not carry over and will expire once the program ends
