Glamnetic Referral & Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

As a participant in the Glamnetic Referral and Loyalty Program (the “Program”), you (the “Referrer”) are subject to Glamnetic’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms and Conditions specific to the Glamnetic Referral & Loyalty program and its service provider's terms, which are available here.

Qualified Referral

A "Qualified Referral" occurs when a person (the "Referred Customer") who is not currently registered with Glamnetic makes a purchase on www.glamnetic.com through the use of your Program Referral link. You can earn $5 in store credit every time a qualified referral uses your link on orders over $10. Additionally, you can unlock gifts (products) based on eligible purchase/program milestones. 

Referred Customer

The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (e.g., by using a different email address to create a new account).

Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are credited to the Referrer only after the Referred Customer completes a purchase on www.Glamnetic.com.

Reward Payments

Rewards are issued in increments of $5, subject to change at Glamnetic’s discretion. Referral Earnings have no cash value. 

Eligibility

Participation in the Program is limited to individuals only and cannot be used by businesses, for affiliate lead generation, or for any other commercial purpose, as solely determined by Glamnetic.

Prohibited Activities

1. Sharing of Referral Links: Sharing referral codes on public forums, coupon sites, or other online platforms not personally owned by the Referrer is strictly prohibited and considered abuse of the Program.

2. Compliance with Laws: You must comply with all applicable "SPAM" laws. Emails must be sent in a personal capacity, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is prohibited.

Consequences of Misuse

Glamnetic reserves the right to:

1. Close Accounts: Immediately terminate the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer who shares their referral code in violation of these Terms or who uses the Program in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

2. Revoke Rewards: Cancel any referral rewards if abuse of the referral program is discovered.

Right to Modify or Terminate Program

Glamnetic may modify or terminate the Referral & Loyalty Program at any time, at its sole discretion. Changes may include, but are not limited to, changes in the reward amount, eligibility criteria, reward processing, and issuance. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the arbitration clause in Glamnetic’s Terms of Use.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that non-compliance can result in the termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending referral rewards.
