UK orders from Glamnetic.co.uk
For orders placed on Glamnetic.co.uk and delivered within the United Kingdom, use the UK Return Portal. The return-label fee is £4 for a refund, or free when choosing store credit.
Enter your Order Number and Email/Zip/Phone, then click FIND MY ORDER.
US orders from Glamnetic.com
For orders placed on Glamnetic.com and delivered within the United States, use our US Return Portal to start your return.
Follow these steps:
Enter your email/ZIP code and order number/tracking number, then click Search.
See if your order is within the 14-day return period. If your order is outside this period, please contact our support team for assistance.
If your order is within 14 days, you can continue with the return process through the portal.
If your order was shipped outside the United States or the United Kingdom, or if you run into any issues using the appropriate portal, please contact our support team. We’re happy to guide you through the return process and make it as smooth as possible.
