UK orders from Glamnetic.co.uk
For orders placed on Glamnetic.co.uk and delivered within the United Kingdom, use the UK return portal. The return-label fee is £4 for a refund, or free when choosing store credit. UK domestic orders use this UK portal, not the US return portal or the international US-store mailing instructions. If the UK portal cannot find your order, contact our support team for help.
US orders from Glamnetic.com
If you need to return an item, you can do so through our Return Portal, which is available for US domestic orders from Glamnetic.com only.
To start, click here to access the portal.
Once there, follow these steps:
Enter your order number and zip code, then select the option to return your order.
See if your order is within the 14-day return period. If your order is outside this period, please contact our support team for assistance.
If your order is within 14 days, you can continue with the return process through the portal.
If your Glamnetic.com order was shipped outside the United States, or you run into any issues using the appropriate portal, please contact our support team. We’re happy to guide you through the return process and make it as smooth as possible.
