What's changing for EU orders in 2026?
Starting July 1, 2026, the European Union is updating its customs rules. Previously, orders under €150 shipped into the EU were duty-free. Starting July 1, that changes. The EU now applies a small customs charge of €3 for each unique product (style)
How much is the customs charge?
The €3 charge applies per unique product (style), not per item. So if you order more than one of the same style, you're only charged once for it.
Will I have to pay anything extra at delivery?
No surprises! Any applicable EU customs charges are already taken care of, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Your order arrives at your door with nothing extra owed to the carrier. No unexpected fees, no held packages.
Does this apply to my order?
This applies to orders shipped to an address within the European Union. If you're ordering from outside the EU, this specific charge doesn't apply to you. Your own country's standard import rules continue to work the same as before.
I placed an order before July 1, will I be affected?
It depends on when your order ships. Orders that shipped before July 1, 2026 follow the previous customs rules. Orders that ship on or after July 1 follow the new EU rules.
Will this delay my shipping?
No. This is a customs charge, not a processing delay. Your order ships on our normal timeline.
