Will I be charged duties/customs fees on international orders?Updated 3 months ago

Duties/customs fees are not included in your total. You will have the option to pay the duties upfront (if your country has that option) or upon arrival at checkout with Passport. Passport is our international tracking system, you can read more about it here.

If you do not have the option to pay for your duties/customs fees upfront, you will be charged by your country when the order arrives. Please know that we do not have any control over the amount of the fees. That is determined by your country.
