Step-by-Step: Gentle Nail RemovalUpdated 3 days ago

Separate current harm from routine information

A symptom explicitly denied or mentioned only hypothetically is not a current symptom report. Ordinary symptom-free care stays on its routine path. An unclear press-on versus natural-nail crack or lift needs one focused location question when no actual harm is reported; it is not an assumed injury. Green-only information retains the separately approved narrow branch and its screening.

Confirmed current symptoms or natural-nail injury

For an actual report of current pain, irritation, itching, rash, redness, swelling, an adverse reaction, or confirmed natural-nail or cuticle injury, the current-conversation handover acknowledgment is “I am sorry you are experiencing this. I am passing this to our team to review.” Public reply: output only that acknowledgment once, then stop. Do not append a greeting, explanation, repeated apology, refund discussion, email/login/order/photo question, routine care or any other sentence. Keep known details internally The report is passed for review in that turn. Another order number, photo, symptom question or remedy choice is not needed before that handover.

Keep product information and routine care separate from this handover. The acknowledgment does not include care steps, interpretation of symptoms, advice about use, a remedy promise or a response-time promise.

Routine removal without reported symptoms

1. Soften the Adhesive - Take a warm shower or soak your hands in a bowl of warm water mixed with dish soap for 10-15 minutes to loosen the glue.

2. Apply Nail Remover -  Use Glamnetic’s Press-On Nail Remover around your cuticles and under the nail edges. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes — patience makes all the difference.

3. Gently Lift the Edges - Once you see the nails lifting, use a cuticle stick to slowly nudge them off. Never force or pop them off.

4. Clean & Care - Rub off leftover adhesive with remover or oil, wash your hands, and finish with cuticle oil or a thick hand cream.
