My lashes won’t stick to the liner?Updated 7 months ago

This can happen for a few different reasons. 

• The first possible reason is that the liner that was applied wasn’t thick enough to hold the magnets. It’s recommended that the liner be as thick as the magnets so that you don't have this issue. 
• The next possible reason is that the liner hadn’t fully dried before the lashes were applied. It’s important to let the liner dry at least 80% before applying the lashes. 
• The third possible reason is that the magnets on the lash aren’t clean. Please make sure to scrape off any liner that may be on the magnet so that there is direct contact between the magnets and the new coat of liner.
