How to apply the Hybrid Liquid Eyeliner:

1. Prior to use, please test the eyeliner on the back of your wrist to check for any allergic reactions.
2. Refrain from applying liner on both eyes at the same time. Focus on one eye at a time.
3. Shake the eyeliner well before using.
4. Glide the liner along the upper lash line.
5. Please note that when applying the liner, it will have a blue tint but once it dries down, it will look clear. 
6. After drawing your line, wait for 30 seconds, or until the liner feels tacky,  before applying your false lash.
7. To ensure the liquid is always at the tip, store the eyeliner upside down.
