Can I return or exchange my lash subscription once received?Updated a year ago

We will replace defective items and ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. Products can only be returned if they are still in good condition and in packaging. Used-looking products or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.


To initiate a return please email [email protected].


Once received, products will be examined and any unused products will be issued a full refund through your original payment method within 7 business days.
