Follow these quick troubleshooting steps to access your Early Access link:
1. Confirm your Insider email
- Make sure you’re checking the same email address used to join the Insider program.
- Early Access will not work if you’re logged into a different email.
2. Open the link in a browser
- Use Safari or Chrome.
- If the link doesn’t load, copy and paste it into your browser.
3. Didn’t receive the email or text?
- Search for “Glamnetic Early Access”.
- Check Spam/Junk/Promotions.
- SMS is only sent if you’re opted into marketing texts.
4. Disable blockers if needed
- Turn off VPNs, ad blockers, or privacy browsers.
- Try switching networks (Wi-Fi vs. cellular) and open the link again.
