These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all gift cards issued by Glamnetic (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, using, or accepting a Glamnetic gift card, you agree to these Terms.
1. Gift Cards Covered by These Terms
These Terms apply to all closed-loop Glamnetic gift cards that can be redeemed exclusively on:
These Terms do not apply to promotional, loyalty, or reward cards issued as part of a marketing promotion (see Section 11).
2. No Fees
We do not charge any of the following:
Activation fees
Service fees
Dormancy or inactivity fees
Maintenance fees
3. No Expiration
Glamnetic gift cards never expire. Balances remain valid indefinitely, as required by federal and state law.
4. Redemption
- Gift cards may be redeemed only for merchandise sold on https://www.glamnetic.com/.
- Gift cards cannot be:
- Used to purchase other gift cards.
- Redeemed at third-party retailers.
- Redeemed through unauthorized sellers.
5. Non-Refundable; Not for Resale
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
Gift cards may not be:
Resold
Transferred for value
Used for unauthorized advertising, sweepstakes, giveaways, or promotions
unless you receive Glamnetic's written permission.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards, or for unauthorized use.
Please treat your gift card like cash.
Replacements may be possible only with original proof of purchase, and only for the remaining balance we can verify in our system.
7. Risk of Fraud
We reserve the right to take actions such as:
Rejecting or canceling a gift card
Requesting an alternative form of payment
Closing or restricting customer accounts
if we suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
8. Limitations
Gift cards cannot be:
Redeemed for cash
Exchanged for cash equivalents
unless required by state law for small-balance cash-outs (see Section 9).
9. State-Law Cash-Out Requirements
Some states require businesses to cash out small remaining balances upon request. We comply with applicable laws, including:
California: Cash out if the remaining balance is $10 or less
Colorado, Maine, Montana, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont: Cash out if $5 or less
Washington: Cash out if $5 or less, only if the gift card was originally purchased with cash
Puerto Rico: Cash out if $5 or less
Eligible customers may contact our support team for cash-out requests.
10. No Dormancy or Inactivity Restrictions
Your gift card balance will never be reduced or forfeited due to inactivity.
11. Promotional Gift Cards & Store Credit
Promotional (“free”) gift cards or store credit issued as part of marketing offers may:
Have expiration dates
Have usage restrictions
Not be eligible for cash out
Be voided if the associated purchase is returned
Specific terms will always be provided with the applicable promotion.
12. Returns of Items Purchased With Gift Cards
If you return merchandise purchased with a gift card, your refund will be issued back to a gift card balance, not to your original payment method.
13. Checking Your Balance
You can check your gift card balance HERE or by contacting customer service.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply to gift cards purchased after the effective date of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, except where preempted by federal law or where state-specific consumer protections apply.
